Be careful with Atkins, it can make you ill. Better to just eat a healthy balanced diet and excersise in moderation rather than use faddy diets like Atkins or working out excessively .

Was a Parkinsons victim told they were too stiff and so decides to shake?
A tourettes victim told they were too mannerly and decided blurt out or curses on a whim?
