Judging by this:
Video Chipset: Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) 950....it sounds like he has onboard video meaning it won't run ROE 3.

my first was the same impression as well, guess i'll break the bad news to him at work. thanks for the reply :D

I download the age of empires 3 Reloaded torrent and it has no sound whats wrong with it?

if i download the patch off the website will it work or do i need someone for the torrent one?

You need to get the DEViANCE update. Probably from a torrent site. I'm assuming that's where you got the version you are currently playing...

Torrentspy has one thats being lightly seeded right now. ;)
