iplay has open signup right now so you can ckeck it out for yourself...

Accounts at these sites are very easy to obtain. If you ask for an invite/account here in this board, chances are you will get one for free.
TL, Demonoid, DevilTorrents, ChronicTracker, TD, ST, Bitspyder, Learnbits, SCC, HorrorChannel, TVJunkies, UKNova, Elbitz, SITR, BitHDTV, PussyTorrents, DH, HT, Quorks, XboxSky, TvT.ro, PotUK, Music-Vids, A-L, TVTorrents, etc.
2.5: VIPMusic, TTi, TheVault, ExtremeBits, TorrentBits, BTMusic, FinDVDR, RevTT, TauriTracker, TB, etc.
Level 3 •••••
Accounts at these sites are harder to obtain due to various reasons. However, it is still fairly easy to get provided that you offer a site with the same value in return.
rSR, CZone, BitMe, OiNK, Pisexy, x264, FileFight, FileZone, ThePlace, HDbits, etc.
3.5: BitMeTV, TT, PT, KG, FL, Swebits, iPLAY, IT, SnowTigers, etc.

Getting an account at these sites are very difficult if not impossible. Consider yourselves lucky if you have an account at these trackers.

Thor's Land, IT goes down because it's offered more often.
SweDVDr goes up becuase of the rediculous requests for it.
iPlay down because it opened and people are offering it a bit more.
Stuff like Kraytracker and TS-tracker taken off because nobody requests them.
PotUK down because it's offered for free so much.
SnowTigers inserted at level 3.5 for now.
CO down because it opened.
A-L, Music-Vids down because you can request it from their IRC.
HDbits, ThePlace to 3 because they closed invites.
TB down becuase it's worth even less now that so many accounts opened, people have multiple accounts, and they're given for free so often.
BitmeTV up because it's harder to seed to obtain invites.
TvT.ro down becuase it opens signups so often.
U*** shoudldn't even be on there, but whatever ...

Also, the reviews should be updated too. Some of them are a bit outdated, especially FTWR's.

I also think that Shadowfire is spot on with the rankings. With the possible exception of iPlay. There's a little more offer right now, but that was expectable after the short open signup.
In reality nothing much has changed with it. And after this short period, there will be the same high demand and way lesser offer, as before.
Nothing yet, but for now it should be dropped down to 3.5

Inviter made some pretty good suggestions but Buggyme even he updated the thread after 10 days, didn't even leave some eplanations as to how and why he didn't bother with them :/ The only thing I can see he changed is iplay..
