I don't know really. People make stupid decisions when they're currently broke, they get like few seconds time to choose (the annoying salesguy made the offer on the phone) and they have to commit to longer periods of time in order to get stuff cheap.
Plus the fact that due to my old ass laptop not supporting DVI/HDMI, I have to stick to SD. And did I also mention attending to the mandatory military service in July? meh. :D
Adsl here 24mbit/1mbit . My upload speed is pretty bad and it sucks since the download speed is so much better.
15Mbps down 1 mbps up. Cable. No caps. :)

Now i have using DSL connection, very high speed connection more then 2.0 mbps.
i used globe dsl..
In India , we are using reliance Net connect where speed is only 3.1 mbps only.
ADSL 16Mbps/0.7Mbps
ADSL 12Mbps/1Mbps
15/5 with fios, no caps

I'm on a cable now in a new house and it's a real luxury moving up from a sluggish ADSL connection. I'm told it's still "slow", but it feels fast to me :D
at home, ADSL 5MB down 512k up, but at work the internet connection is better. lol
