I think any reviews for newer trackers should be rated in 1/10 for the rarity category and not 1/5 since thats how the WIAW thread is now.

Fsce is a Tracker which is like a Revolt. Forum is active but torrents not. Fsce is different tracker in many ways, nobody know what does their name stands for another different thing is that there's only own releases are allowed to upload. Even though I promised not to post in this thread anymore, I just have to say a little something. Last 2 weeks I've noticed a serious change in ScT pretimes. It's been constantly beating SCC and not to talk about other trackers. I guess what I mean is, that 4/5 pretime for sct isn't really valid anymore, it's beaten every other tracker this week. I doubt, that it's just a one week luck. :D
Pt has had better pre-times that SCT for a long time...
Possible some sct uploaders was busted?

Its invite only now,and it really is strong about invites,a lot of users have them,but invite trading and also giveaway is forbidden.
Also I think that PRE times there are worth 5/5 rating.
They always are very very fast,almost less then 1-2min after PRE.
