Yep. It's all about rarity, but no one offered it here and many people who requested it here didn't get it.
it doesn't matter what rating trackers have in thist list. If i decide to trade my invite , i will ask for TT and i'm 97% sure i'll get it, so the list doesn't mean nothing
If trackers never had ratings then it would be difficult to determine it's value and what you can get for it.

Some information:
This tracker has only 2 weeks old, but is now the best portuguese tracker, the site has dedicated team, and each team upload diferent contents.
The tracker as also a suport forum, but the forum is not only for tracker suport, the forum as many categories, and you can talk about everything there, since soccer, news os the day, hardware, etc....
The tracker also only allow 1 client called btuga revolution 2.3.4, you can not use utorrent, azureus or other, you only can use revolution 2.3.4, to prevent from cheaters. this site script is better than the oink script, and you have to login on the program to can download/upload on the tracker

PT is all over the place, i keep triping of PT in my way. It's definilty not 5+ ,only 5. You keep forgeting is not about quality. And the fact is , PT is easy to get into

So basically to get 3 invites a month you need to have 10GB downloaded, be a PU, and have a ratio over 1.05?
I don't think that = level 4.
