I'm actually cut-up back to old form (actually better)...besides my legs.

I had gained 15 pounds again before surgery. I wanted the weight in case I got sick (drank plenty of egg nog).

I've been lifting since about a week after I had my knee surgered.

I lifted weights on my legs before surgery as a pre-hab.

At first it seemed he was taking a jab at you but now that he cleaned up a bit, it's been switched around.

I said exactly the same thing right at the start when I was speaking to Petri (I made a comment directed at Busyman) - you replied and said that I was talking to him when I said stuff about beards.

It took all afternoon and around 50 posts for it to finally sink in.
