OT but what the hey, MacOSX is based on FreeBSD/MachOS, it has an underlying Unix structure and X11 shell but Darwin is a proprietary design

freebsd is unix , the closest you can be to the old school unix . the way i see it people are actually paying for a unix OS with some extra eye candy shit
