I've been thinking about what you said in this post and I think you might have a point, maybe I haven't 'manned up' enough about all of this. So I've been thinking I need to go see this woman face to face, so that I can tell her what I think of her, to her face. What do you reckon?

It's not just her either, there are some others who I'm thinking I should go see. The Scottish twat in Aberdeen, and that complete bitch from Newport Pagnell, and not forgetting the shit from Hartlepool. I've said for years that if you treat people with complete and utter contempt you shouldn't be surprised if they treat you in the same way, and I'm starting to think I haven't delivered on that front at all, and that I should.

I took your advice and manned up, and I went and knocked on her door and by doing so treated her thoughts and feelings as she treated mine. All I need to do now is decide how long I should behave in this way towards her, she used me for 5 years, but I'm not sure that it might not be too much for me to behave just as disrespectfully towards her as she did towards me for a whole 5 years.

I see someone needs to learn the difference between stoically manning up and chasing across town like some bored housewife who wants to have a bit of a row with someone to add colour to an otherwise drab existence.
