HT is a very good 0day tracker. I can see it at a level 5 easily, and level 6 fit for it. It definitely beats out trackers rated level 7+ on pre times by far. Anybody that would agree/disagree?
I think HT is the best in Apps, In others is good, I think lvl4-5

there is a notice about this on the site as well . also the ratio system put in place is quite innovative , it will encourage people to keep seeding.....
