Power cycling your modem/router and using alternative DNS servers (OpenDNS, Google's, etc.) if you aren't doing so already may help.

I also can join HDME without problems...

Maybe european country like UK and Swiss was too busy with world cup streaming so the line was flooded, etc. :D

HDME is up here in Asian.
