I am not too sure about the hacking. There is a case up in the UK for extraditing a person to the USA for hacking into the USA Defence System. When he is tried over there he could get years in prison for it. I think it should be their job to ensure that nobody can hack. These are the people in charge of the largest nuclear arsenal in the world.
In answer to your other question. It is difficult to get a job anywhere at the moment without qualifications. You would just be exploited.:(

Yes. Not only with taxes, but have to buy all supplies and books.

No. We have free National Health Service in the UK:)
When I say free I mean free at the delivery point. You do have to pay through taxes though.:(
How do pensioners in your country survive?
If it's retirees they do quite well and all move to Florida... lol..
If they are welfare recipients, they can survive a long time abusing the system when not needing to.
Some pensioners get squat for working their entire life for a company and rely on Social Security, which can also be a joke.

Yes my wife and I would love to see both China and Egypt. Not much chance due to age and economics. Soon we hope to see more of China on the TV and PC via National Geographic and such programs.:)

Actually I came Shenzhen last month in search of a job. Just 'take things as they come'. I'd like to spend the rest of my life working in here, also it is said that shenzhen has more job opportunities than any other cities in China.
