i'm having problems accessing their site as well it seems to be very very very slow. I can reach the main page but having problems getting to the login page

That's probably because it's not the real Horror Charnel. It's says Horror Movie Database. The Horror Channel I know is located at http://www.horrorcharnel.kicks-ass.org .
As for rSr although the signup page is visible the site is invite only. It says so clearly on the homepage.
