just saw the commercial for this...

looks sweet as a bitch, cant wait to see it, loved the first one. killer was the best, sinster, like hannibal :D

My point was that the majority of the time that they do release a sequel it is just a rehash of the first movie. Very rarely do we get a "proper" sequel that moves the story on or adds to the first movie in any significant way. We usually just get a poor copy that tarnishes the first film and leads on to even weaker sequels.

This movie looks entirely different. More people yes but with that comes more character interaction. Seems like the movie Cube.

Anyone see on the teaser where the fella wakes up and has that thing around his neck. It looks like it would clamp down on his head.

Also, the guy in the regular trailer looks though that hole and there's some automated gun on the other side that blows him away.

I think what's funny is that if Saw, or part 2 for that matter, was a foreign film with subtitles, it'd heralded by the "European left" as something special. :dry:

God forbid Hollywood makes anything good.
