Careful with that Zyban, damn stuff almost killed me (not a joke). And what it does to your brain isn't too clever either.

There's probably a list of about half a dozen side effects on the leaflet you got with them. Ask your doctor if you can see what it says in the poisons book. You'll find there are about 3 pages of really nasty ones they haven't bothered to tell you about.

The only way to quit is cold turkey.

I don't even know anybody who's had success with Zyban, or the gum, patch; any of that stuff.

Stay up 'til 4 am if you have to and smoke every ciggie you've got, get up at the wrong hour, totally disoriented, and stay that way for a week.

Every time you see someone light up, think of that hack and that physical sensation that goes with it.

Strive for realism.
