how do i download from this forum???

basically, you'll want:
an ed2k client, such as emule
Ares is nice for music & stuff, though I don't think I'd rely for software.
soulseek is okay too i guess (I think that's the correct link..i'm really only adding it so I don't get assaulted) :P
you'l also want a bittorrent client, such as azureus to get torrents.
and you may wanna give newsgroups and IRC a shot as well :P

Just trying Ares now it does seem good for music , I use emule and limewire for programs .

Yes you can, my browser downloads the posts, images and php scripts everytime i load a new page. Without me downloading these things from the server i wouldn't see a webpage.
