You need to use an Icon generating program. I recommend Axialis Icon Worshop 5.0. It's easy to use. Open file > press the "Generate Icon" button > save as...

You may be able to get it in fsgshare....I think. :ph34r:

You could just make all your icons with photoshop and axailis icon workshop?

That's how I make mine. Sometimes with a little help from Illustrator. :)
