this is retarted...your speed is based on the people you download from on emule. Normally, things run around 5-30kb/s, but if your lucky...you get 50-70kb/s once in awhile too.

Probably sends your IP and entire set of personal information in XP to the RIAA. :crazy:
Emule is already fast, i will pass on a patch.
