Depends on what you mean by my main drive, I've got operating systems using NTFS, FAT32 and Reiser FS.
Most of my partitions are of the NTFS variety, tho'.

i just wish more linux distro's had better support for ntfs i guess thats my only gripe since fat32 out of the box supported while ntfs partitions i have to mount and can not write to them
NTFS, i've always used it on this drive and used it since XP came out on the old drive.
ntfs just better all the way.

I use ntfs for my windows partition and reiserfs or ext2 for linux.
Obviously NTFS...people who voted for FAT3 2 just did it for the fun of it, or it could be that they're using some really ANCIENT compy with a <5GB harddrive.
NTFS. Just need that ability to handle over 4GB files..
