there's throat sprays than num your throat with stuff, maybe you could spray the whole of your mouth inside and then you wouldn't be able to feel it? :unsure:
you'd probably have to spray it on right before going in though? ...but once again, it probably costs more than a pound

HMP food was bland as but they sold the hot pepper sauce in the canteen. I think I got myself used to it so often.
I have noticed though that some bottles are hotter than others and if you don't shake it everytime the last bit of the bottle really gets you.
And I have had it before where I have over done it with tuna and noodles or something and I've started sweating and my eyes hurt :lol:
