that microsoft's problem, they waited too long to release a new windows and now they are seeing that apple's operating system, OS X,is better than vista will ever be, they trying to keep up with the competition.
thats what happends when there is no competition. they dont work becuase they dont need to.
Now that they see how their getting beaten then they start working.
