I do search a lot.
Sometimesi find that I just wanna look something up so i quickly hit teh firefox icon and can then type away what ever i wante to look for.
Plus it loads faster than most other sites...I dont use about:blank because I also like to use my browser as a check to see if my net is working or not.:)

about blank, cuz I hop around alot and dont need something loading when i can type where Im going :)
