yeah id go with red faction for u 56kers
i had awesome fps in red faction on 56k and if u find a good server ur set.
plus americas army is good cause its free (provided by the us army)
but for that game i use a mic and its no fun if ur not with friends who also have mics, its a great group strategy game.
but with a 3000/280 cable connection all multiplayers are fun
try jedi knight ll : jedi outcast <-- great game
or for single player shooter <-- hitman2!
have red faction 2 but havent installed it yet cleaning out hd, but ill have it loaded by tomorrow and tell u how much fun it is.
lots of people have told me not to download red faction 2
so is it good or bad?
i need to download that :\ any verifieds that WILL work online?
so can anyone tell me is this game worth downloading?????
red faction 2 is definitly worth the dl, its just like rf but has alot of new stuff aswell.
get it off overnet, cuase um kazaa ur gonna get corrupt files no matter what
Red Faction 2 doesn't have online multiplay. The first one is good, though. Another game that works online is Tribes, but it's hard to find. I got it with eMule.
why downlaod it tho its only 5 bucks :-\ so is tribes 2
Battlefield'42, but that's more of a LAN game.
If you are into RTS, always try Warcraft 3. You dun nid much of speed to enjoy it, I actually enjoyed it on a 56k modem while networking witha nother comp and I get hardly any lag.
I didn't even know you could still buy it. And on top of that, I didn't think anyone would still be playing it online after so many years, but they are. :PQuote:

And as far as Battlefield 1942 goes, he said he has a 550 Mhz PC, and I know from first hand experience that it won't work on that. :( Time to look into a CPU upgrade.
