There's so much more wrong with the DMCA then just the restrictions on fair use, but I'm wholeheartedly for anything that stops making half of the country criminals!

I'm glad I don't live in USA. Our country does not have laws similar to the DMCA. In fact, I have not heard of any case being lodged against file sharers..
