I have been a big Mac fan for some time,
and yes I will admit to have trying to replicate a Big mac in my time without any success.

its not worth it to replicate becuase it will cost you more and will take up more time instead of going and buying one.
Its only worth it if your going to be making like 5 or more.
I guess the sauce would keep refrigerated for a time :)
