change the max number of connections in utorrent

also remove the limit on TCP connection attempts (there is a patch for this dunno whats its called)

can you give me step by step into how to remove the TCP connections attempts.

it must be a seeder/leecher problem. even if you have 500seeders but you got 1000 leecher you will surely get turtle like download speed.
