What a virus e-mail looks like

I only received it recently. A couple of days ago actually

Can't some ZIP files automatically run certain files when you click unzip. Meaning by just unzipping an exe you could end up running it without knowing, or is that just RAR files?

i got it and opened the zip, i'm scared now
