well now it will access web pages, but only google.com. At this point, I'm not sure what would be more interesting, the hammer or this:

A couple of times I've run into that a computer only has been able to load up google, like that.

When that sort of thing has happened to me, it has had to do with using proxies. At any rate it might be a protocol issue of some sort.

Has he had any viruses lately, or anything like that, btw?

Now it seems to be working fine, and I didn't change anything. I'm confused
