Do you eat your vegies?

I love eating veggies cause they don't eat toxic meat and that makes them more good for you :)

are you counting fruit and vegetables?, i try to eat at least a serving of veg per meal even if its just ketchup.

Ketchup is actually very good for you because the lycopene in the cooked and macerated tomatos is in a more readily usable form than in raw ones.

So he's right. Ketchup does count as a vegetable.

organic ketchup, usually darker red than conventional ketchup, averages 60 percent more lycopene. :o
