Sorry worked for me.

Some people have had success doing: #5 is different

In the UPDATE folder.
1. Run the file IDNDL.EXE
2. Run the file NLSDL.EXE
3. Run the file XMLLITESETUP.EXE
4. Run the file UPDATE.exe

Haven't tried this.

1) Download from microsoft or wherever
2) Disconnect internet
3) go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Windows Genuine Advantage\data and delete data.dat
4) Run setup including validation. It will detect as genuine.
5) Only reconnect internet when windows restarts.
