Their ISP is causing that error (because they use a forced proxy methodology), and until we come up with a stable solution for this particular problem, you are kindly requested to contact your ISP and ask them what you have to put into the PROXY settings in your browser. For example, for telcom ISP (a ZA ISP), you have to put dsl-cache.saix.net 8080 on http proxy).
