Negative, I don't see it happening.
I worked in a computer store when Windows 98 came out, most people didn't even realise a new version of Windows was coming out let alone camp outside the shop. Whilst I reckon the public awareness of such things is probably up now I doubt that there are too many people eagerly counting down the days and preparing to pitch a tent (fnar) outside PC World for the Vista release.
people nerdy enough to wanna camp for vista probably already have downloaded it weeks ago
and as 4play pointed out: there's no need to camp for something that wont run out in an hour
dudes all the nerds already have it!:D
Edit: :blushing: somebody already said that i didnt realize there was a second page sorrizzzz :blushing:
Screw all you faggs...
I'm already in line!
There will be no need to camp out/stand in line for Vista.
You will be standing in line to purchase the CPU/RAM/video card needed to run it though.
the hysteria over consoles was down to the fact that if you didn't queue you'd probably be waiting 'til spring.
supply and demand isn't even a factor for software, especially these days. unless microsoft really believe they can stop it being pirated, they'll certainly have enough copies printed within a couple of weeks
