Yeah i wouldn't bother if i was you just when you download something from there keep it up for as long as possible,i know it seems like noone ever downloads from you but they will eventually.Also you could try uploading some good apps or music cds that aren't on the site yet.Thats the easiest way to keep up your ratio.

Plus it's going to be hard to get a PU account from someone considering they get 2 invites added every month which come in handy for trade bate.Talking about it almost makes me want to cry though :(.
