You can find the majority of manuals of the latest games easily on KL - You just need to know how to look for them.
For practically any game, type into the search box '<insert game name> manual' (without the single quotes), so in this case it should be something like 'generals manual'. Look for PDF files in the resulting list which are a few MB - These are more likely to be the manuals you want
Yes, that is the logical thing to do and I've already done it but nothing comes up on the searches :o .
