They won't do anything if it is a genuine change of email i think.
I also have a dynamic ip.
I mean if u changed your email adress & stopped seeding the torrents u downloaded & started downloading new torrents from a new ip.
that looks a little bit suspicious....
A little example about ip change:
A week ago I had some problems with my router & I got disconnected every few minutes - that caused my ip change also.
suddenly I saw a weird messege on my Oink torrents.... my account was disabled.
I tried 2 sign in & got a messege that the account was disabled.
I went 2 the help forum, they saw that I wasn't cheating or sharing it with a friend & re-enable it.
conclusion - if u have a dynamic ip, b more carefull with your accounts.
dynamic shouldnt be a problem, i have verizon and no matter what my ip changes to it always says pool-**-***-***-***.*****.east.verizon.net i mean if it changed drastically to some other country or something then ya it might get suspicious
Eh, I don't think so. There's just too many circumstances where that could be the case.
What if you clicked the confirmation email from a different computer (happens all the time cuz I have 2 at my house.)
What if you're giving the account to a trusted friend?
What if you have a dynamic IP?
If the IP RANGE changes abruptly to that of another country, they'll disable the account.
No they won't. You are allowed to use a maximum of 3 different IP's for account. No matter what country they are from. Many people share accounts at SCT.
Email change = ban = BS
