what do i need to do to get a level 4 -5 tracker?

All the level 4+ trackers i have, i got mostly through my friends or trading for something of equal value. I never got one by offering a bunch of lower level sites.

how did u start out with a 4 tracker cuz there had to be one point where u didnt have one

i started out with a 4 tracker when a friend of mine asked his other friend to hook me up. sometimes knowing the right people is the best way to get those elusive sites. so building your reputation in online communities/forums helps a lot.
