btw recent local newspaper story. Two Canadians busted smuggling pot into US. Paddling a canoe, fully loaded with hockey (duffle) bags full of BC bud, across the border in Juan de Fuca Strait. They were busted cause they stopped for beers at a marine pub (nah, I just added the beer bit).
