PSP 3.03 Drowngrader released

just a note about this upgrade...it works flawlessly for me (I have done 3 of these so far....)you dont need to place files in sub directories to get your isos to work any more, just isos into the iso directory!you can even edit cpu speedIm glad I upgraded to it, you will be too
edit: I had the ta-082 mb on all 3

Nice to see that it's working for those who have tried it :D I'll give the go ahead to all my friends to get in on this.
