Take the car out for a drive to fully warm up the engine. Run the heating in the car at full blast then bring it into the cold garage. It'll warm up the place a bit. It should be enough to do some work especially inside the car where "audio stuff" is.

Or when you pull into the garage, just leave it running. Be sure to close all the doors, that way no heat escapes ;)

at below -10, its just pointless. I figure ill bring it to the school auto shop on friday, its nice and warm there.
