was working in a hospital laundry factory many years ago and we had been slogging hard all day so i thought to get us a break for 15 mins or so id jam a machine by throwing something inside which was a slipper .well the machine jammed alright doh but the slipper caught on fire causing £25,000 worth of damage lucky for me my workmates kept silent

When I was little, we had an ice storm (which doesn't happen often) and my Dad's truck was completely covered in ice. I went around the whole truck with a hammer breaking it off, real soft like.
The entire truck looked like it had hail damage.
He had to replace all of the body paneling. :pinch:

My dog got ahold of my cell once..300$ down the tube. Other than that I've been pretty fortunate.

An antique oil lamp when i was about 17. I was cutting a pattern out of fabric on the floor and as i backed up i bumped into the table it was on, It wobbled - toppled - and fell off the table smashing the glass bowl part, to this day she has never been able to find a replacement glass bowly thing. The worse part was that the 1st thing my mum did when she came running at the sound of breaking glass was to burst into tears - I still feel bad even though it was an accident.
