Why not send then a reply that says that you never have had "Unauthorized Distribution" of that file.Quote:

You can also point out to them that if they bother you with this type of harrassment again you will cancel your service.
There must be some other service provider for you.
Remember this people. We are the customers. We are the ones paying.
In a folder you don't share, this sounds like a virus, do a search for xms32.exe on your system.Quote:
