bitmetv problably has the record of most banned accounts
I don't find OiNK hard to seed, especially since all users can upload they torrents there. I have a few torrents that I seed and get hits every now and then, leave it up long enough someone will grab it.
BitmeTV has been a bit more of a pain since the RSS feeder has been disabled. Be a few hours late in grabbing an episode then it'll be hard to seed to 2+ (well I find that anyway).
