Hey, I'm a little unclear as to the whole seedbox thing. Do they deliver a machine to your place and setup a High-speed connection, or is it a remte server that supports Bittorrent protocol?

Well a seedbox is basically a pc/server with a high-speed connection where you can seed at a high speed, but usually people refer to a server where they seed their torrents.
