Most sites were open at some point or another (or had plentiful invites), and their value changes periodically (ScT, FTN, ukt seem to be exceptions).

no FTN is not an exception
it was somehow available 7 or 8 months ago
even untill they close inv except 4 ftn power and that was 3m ago in 7th january

OiNK last had open signups somewhere around January of 2005. We won't ever have open signups again.
