My reason to Rapidshare for free:

I use a lot of forums with trance music, that uses Rapidshare to upload their stuff. But i can only leech about 200 mb/hour. I really need it so i can leech away music the next 6 months :)

My reason is that I downlowd alot of unique files such as appz,cellphones content and old tv series that uploded only to RS and I need to wait alot of time :|

i upload a lot of things to my friends
and i'm a MOD on 4 forums so i need to upload a lot of things

if its a freebie - i need so i can download it asap and upload/seed it on common torrent sites(seed it with my terminal)
