Filezilla, it's perfect.

I am still experimenting with Firefox, but i will check some out some others, too. :)

CuteFTP is pretty good.

The think the best programm is FlashFXP. I use this always and I have with this no problems.

I have never used anything except CuteFTP and I don't have any reason why I should change it.

Yup, I use Filezilla's client and server. Its free and opensource. :)
