You really cant go off any ranking system as its a joke. They rate some sites as a 2 or 2.5 because they had open signups. There are many sites that are a 3 or lower that beat 4 and 5 rated sites.
I think it all depends on who has what accounts and invites left to trade when it comes to who and how these sites are rated.
Best thing to do is ask around. Get some screen shots of what trackers have to offer and then make up your mind what is better.
