AOL, The worst ISP ever?

I think yesterday I saw on my Google page that AOL falls to 3rd largest ISP...

Lemme find it...Here's somethin' like it from C|Net - AOL slips to No. 3 on Internet, but it doesn't show their original standing when they were #1...
