Upload Speed??

i got another question concerning upload speed. usually, when i just start a torrent i can upload a max of 160kbps for little bit..but soon after, it goes down to like 40-50 and stays there..is their anything i can do to get it to stay atleast 100?

its depend on leecher i think and the maximum upload speed to 448 is 55 or56
