yesterday the raised limit to 15050.There were some few.And also it usually drops u need to look often

i dunno but if u upload,lots of invites comes :D

increasing user limit is not a gud idea, i think.
mayb it was done to compensate so many unconfirmed accounts, just a guess though.
and yes invites are available and u need to luk out for open spaces every now and then
